We retain customer records for as long as necessary to complete services, comply with legal requirements, or protect business interests. Certain records may be preserved indefinitely if legally or operationally required.

1.7 Enforcement
Vibin RPM™ and JB Empire™ maintain the right to pursue legal remedies against any misuse, fraudulent behavior, or attempt to compromise our systems, processes, or reputation. We operate with legal counsel at our side to ensure full enforcement of these rights.

2. Intellectual Property

Customers and visitors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view this site and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant permission to copy, resell, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any part of this site or its services for commercial purposes.

2.3 Restrictions

Any unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation of JB Empire’s™ intellectual property will be met with immediate legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs. JB Empire™ actively enforces its rights to the fullest extent of the law.

2.6 Acceptance
By accessing this site or purchasing services, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights remain vested in JB Empire™ and Vibin RPM™, and you agree not to engage in any conduct that would infringe upon or dilute those rights.

3. Trademark Rights

The name Vibin RPM™, along with its associated logos, designs, and branding elements, are trademarks owned and controlled by JB Empire™. By using this site or engaging in our services, you agree to respect and uphold the following trademark rights:

3.3 Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized use of Vibin RPM™, Vibin™, or JB Empire™ trademarks—including but not limited to dilution, misrepresentation, passing off, or unfair competition-constitutes infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.4 Enforcement
JB Empire™ reserves all rights to monitor, investigate, and enforce trademark protections through legal action where necessary. Remedies may include injunctions, monetary damages, and recovery of all legal expenses incurred.

3.5 Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing services or engaging with Vibin RPM™, you acknowledge that all rights to the Vibin RPM™ name and branding belong to JB Empire™ and agree not to engage in conduct that would infringe or weaken those rights.

4. Services & Workmanship

At Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, all services are performed with precision, care, and the highest industry standards. By purchasing or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding workmanship:

4.1 Scope of Services
Services offered include, but are not limited to: ultrasonic cleaning, inspection, restoration, remanufacturing, and rebuilding of powersports parts such as carburetors, shocks, forks, and starters. Additional specialty services may be added or modified at JB Empire™’s discretion.

4.2 Professional Standards
All work is carried out using state-of-the-art equipment, premium components, and proven methods. Vibin RPM™ applies decades of combined knowledge and hands-on experience to restore each part to its highest possible level of function and performance.

4.3 No Guarantee of Perfection
While every effort is made to restore parts to like-new condition, results may vary depending on the age, wear, or condition of the customer’s part. Certain parts may not be restorable to factory-new performance due to prior damage, manufacturer limitations, or normal wear beyond repair.

4.4 Workmanship Guarantee
Vibin RPM™ guarantees that all workmanship performed is done to professional standards and that all replacement components used are of premium quality. Any issues arising from improper workmanship will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of JB Empire™.

4.5 Exclusions
Vibin RPM™ is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage to the part;

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation by the customer or a third party;

  • Normal wear and tear after service is complete;

  • Use of the part in racing or extreme performance environments.

4.6 Customer Acknowledgment
By sending in parts for service, the customer acknowledges that Vibin RPM™ is providing professional restoration services, not manufacturing brand-new OEM parts, and agrees to accept all reasonable limitations inherent in the restoration process.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging with Vibin RPM™ services, customers agree to fulfill the following responsibilities to ensure safe, effective, and timely completion of all work:

5.1 Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information regarding the parts being serviced, including prior modifications, damage, or known issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may delay services or result in denial of service.

5.2 Proper Use of Shipping Crates
Vibin RPM™ provides reinforced wooden service crates designed to protect customer parts during transit. Customers are required to:

  • Use the crate only for the intended part(s);

  • Avoid overpacking, adding unrelated items, or exceeding weight limits;

  • Seal and secure the crate properly before shipment;

  • Handle the crate with care to avoid damage.

5.3 Damage to Service Crates
While normal wear is expected, deliberate abuse, overpacking, or misuse of the service crate may result in additional fees or denial of future services at the sole discretion of JB Empire™. Customers are strongly cautioned: these crates are provided as a privilege, not an entitlement, and misuse will not be tolerated.

5.4 Compliance with Shipping Instructions
Customers must follow all shipping guidelines provided by Vibin RPM™. Failure to do so may result in damage, delays, or loss of parts for which Vibin RPM™ assumes no liability.

5.5 Responsibility for Installation
Once returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to install all serviced parts correctly. Vibin RPM™ assumes no responsibility for improper installation performed by the customer or any third party.

5.6 Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing a service and shipping parts to Vibin RPM™, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the safe handling, proper use, and accurate preparation of all items submitted.

6. Shipping & Handling

Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, provides secure, reinforced wooden service crates to ensure safe transport of customer parts. Shipping policies are as follows:

6.1 Crate Delivery
Upon purchase of any service, Vibin RPM™ will ship a service crate to the customer. This crate is designed specifically to house the part(s) being serviced and must be used exclusively for that purpose.

6.2 Free Shipping Option
Customers who select the free shipping option are responsible for the cost of mailing their parts to Vibin RPM™. The provided service crate must be used, and customers may choose the carrier and service level at their own expense. Vibin RPM™ is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during customer-arranged shipping.

6.3 Paid Shipping Option
Customers who select the paid shipping option will receive, inside the service crate, a prepaid and insured mailing label for return shipping of their parts to Vibin RPM™. This option transfers responsibility for shipping arrangements to Vibin RPM™ once the crate is properly sealed and handed to the designated carrier.

6.4 Return Shipping
After services are complete, Vibin RPM™ covers the cost of insured return shipping to the customer. Parts are returned in a secondary wooden crate, which the customer may keep for future use. Vibin RPM™’s responsibility for shipped items ends upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

6.5 Shipping Insurance
All shipments arranged by Vibin RPM™ include insurance coverage. In the event of carrier mishandling or loss, the customer agrees that the carrier’s insurance is the sole remedy. Vibin RPM™ assumes no liability beyond the carrier’s coverage.

6.6 Customer Responsibility for Shipping Compliance
Customers must follow all shipping instructions provided. Overpacking, improper sealing, or deviation from instructions may void insurance coverage and absolve Vibin RPM™ of liability.

7. Turnaround Time & Delays

7.1 Standard Turnaround
Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, strives to complete all services within two (2) weeks from the date the customer’s parts are received. In most cases, services are completed within seven (7) business days, though this is not guaranteed.

7.2 Extended Turnaround
Certain circumstances may extend service times up to four (4) weeks or more. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Discovery of significant or hidden damage;

  • Requirement of rare or out-of-country replacement parts;

  • Supply chain disruptions outside the control of Vibin RPM™;

  • Unforeseen technical complications requiring additional work.

7.3 No Guarantee of Exact Completion Date
All turnaround times are estimates only. Vibin RPM™ does not guarantee specific completion dates and shall not be held liable for any delays, regardless of cause.

7.4 Customer Acknowledgment of Flexibility
By purchasing services, customers acknowledge that delays may occur and agree to allow Vibin RPM™ the reasonable time required to complete services to the highest standard of quality and workmanship.

7.5 Communication of Delays
In the event of significant delays beyond the standard timeline, Vibin RPM™ will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide updated expectations.

8. Warranty & Service Guarantee

8.1 Workmanship Guarantee
Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, guarantees the quality of its workmanship on all serviced parts. Each restoration, rebuild, and cleaning service is performed with premium components, professional expertise, and thorough testing to ensure the highest possible standard.

8.2 Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies exclusively to the workmanship and materials provided by Vibin RPM™. If a serviced part exhibits performance issues directly attributable to Vibin RPM™’s work, the customer may return the part for inspection and rework at no additional labor cost.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover issues caused by factors outside of Vibin RPM™’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical problems unrelated to the serviced part;

  • Improper installation or adjustment by the customer or third parties;

  • Use of the part in conditions beyond normal or intended operation;

  • Additional damage sustained after the part leaves Vibin RPM™’s possession.

8.4 Inspection & Rework Process
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must return the part to Vibin RPM™ using the provided shipping process. Upon receipt, Vibin RPM™ will inspect the part, verify the issue, and if warranted, perform the necessary rework to correct the problem. If the issue is found to be unrelated to Vibin RPM™’s workmanship, standard service rates may apply.

8.5 Limitation of Liability
The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to inspection and rework of the serviced part. Vibin RPM™ assumes no liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, labor costs for installation or removal, or lost use.

8.6 Duration of Warranty
All workmanship warranties are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by Vibin RPM™.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any serviced part, shipping crate, or related product. Customers assume full responsibility for the installation, operation, and continued use of their parts and vehicles.

9.2 Excluded Damages
In no event shall Vibin RPM™ be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

  • Vehicle downtime or loss of use;

  • Labor costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation of parts;

  • Injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from use of serviced parts;

  • Any other costs not directly related to the specific services performed by Vibin RPM™.

9.3 Maximum Liability
If liability is ever established against Vibin RPM™, the customer agrees that the maximum financial recovery shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service performed on the disputed part(s).

9.4 Assumption of Risk
By purchasing services, customers acknowledge that powersports vehicles involve inherent risks. Customers agree to assume all risks associated with the installation, operation, and performance of their vehicle and its components after service.

9.5 No Third-Party Claims
This limitation of liability applies exclusively between Vibin RPM™ and the purchasing customer. No third party, including but not limited to subsequent owners of the serviced part or vehicle, shall have any rights or remedies under these terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
All services, transactions, and agreements with Vibin RPM™, operated under JB Empire™, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Vibin RPM™ conducts business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Customers expressly agree that any legal action shall be subject to these laws.

10.2 Venue for Disputes
Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising from or relating to Vibin RPM™ services, terms, or policies shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the jurisdiction of JB Empire™’s principal place of business. Customers consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

10.3 Mandatory Arbitration Option
At the sole discretion of Vibin RPM™, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding, with no right of appeal, except as permitted by law.

10.4 Recovery of Legal Fees
In the event of any dispute in which Vibin RPM™ prevails, the customer agrees to reimburse JB Empire™ for all costs and expenses incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses.

10.5 Waiver of Class Actions
Customers agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions, or other forms of representative claims are strictly prohibited.

10.6 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Policies is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.7 Binding Effect
By purchasing services or engaging with Vibin RPM™, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies in full, and that these provisions are binding upon them.
